What should I expect in RTT® sessions?
1) "Don't Expect to feel hypnotized You are in Control"
Unlike what you see on "TV" which is pure theatrics and entertainment only. In real life, you have full control over yourself. You don't go anywhere, it's a sleep of the nervous system. You'll feel very relaxed and at ease. You may feel sleepy.
2) "Do expect to feel relaxed."
In this relaxed state, you'll be able to go to what lies beneath, when your issues started, to access memories old negative beliefs. Remember past experience to reverse old thoughts and feelings and unwanted habits.
How Does RTT® Work?
I provide you with a personalized recording made to rewire and reinforce the new beliefs. A transformation recording is created of your personal experience with information from your sessions to change your beliefs at the subconscious level. This recording is about 15-20 minutes and is created at the end of the our RTT® session and is confidential. You will then listen to your personalized recording daily a minimum of 21 days.

A package could include 6-8 sessions, 3-4 regressions with 3-4 every other week coaching including my 12 step program based on your individual need.
